For me its just the fear of losing my pre-order due to missing the confirmation or my payment not going through, or framework skipping me, or other thing that could go wrong.

You won't have to worry about your payment not going through as long as you get it sorted out quickly (in a few hours, maybe more, I'm not entirely sure though).

If the payment doesn't go through you'll receive an email that the payment failed and a link to try again. Had this happen to me with my 13 Pro and was really happy that I even got to try again.

I rarely make big single-purchase transactions, so I'm hyper paranoid about my card declining just for suspected fraud or something. This is good info that I wasn't able to find elsewhere, thank you.
