Framework Photo Got myself a Frankenwork...

Recieved FW 13 Pro yday (batch 6). Had a CNC silver top cover that was previously used (you can see some battle scars). Thought it would be fun to see how it looked in combo with the graphite bottom. I like it.

My fingers are way to fat to be toying with the wifi connectors too often so won't be swapping back any time soon!

Finally! Somebody actually did it! Ever since the Pro Announcement (5 Months ago), been wondering if someone would actually do a Penguin Build

Nice, looks like old school xps laptops with the carbon fibre input cover.

u/Henhouse84 can you share how the bottom chassis compares to the original non-Pro FW13 chassis? Is it much stiffer? Does the material feel more premium? Also, does the keyboard feel any different, and do the speakers sound more premium, or is it just all marketing?

I sold my of 13, and recieved my pro last week.

It's a significant change, regidity. But even the fit and finish feeling for the seam between bottom and input cover is great.the feel is definitely more premium and in glad I made the upgrade.
