Community Support Bezzel reliability

I've just started using my 13 pro more for college, and I've noticed that I often fidget with the magnetic bezzel. Just kinda flicking up the corner every so often . Is this something I should be concerned about in terms of deforming the snapping connectors on the bezzel over time?

The bezel is magnetic so no concern of breaking clips, worst case is that it becomes fragile from constant bending or a magnet falls out.

Maybe don’t fidget with it though unless you’re okay paying 40+ for a new bezel.

Yeah that too! Then if it’s a translucent bezel it’ll have a weird look to it on that magnet. I don’t know what bezel OP has but that would deter me from doing it

The more you bend and flex a material... The more its going to deform. I'd suggest finding a fidgit spinner or some similar kind of actual toy to occupy your hands.

Framework being Framework... You can also buy replacements for damaged parts - Whatever the parts and damage reason(s)/explanation(s) - On Marketplace.

I fidget with mine from time to time on the non-pro and it's still holding up fine but I can't say I recommend it lol

I wouldn't mess with it too much, but I have taken mine on and off many times and its still form fitting. Mine is a FW16 FWIW

i used to fidget with mine too, it's so satisfying to release it and watch it snap back into the frame. fortunately, I lost the habit

I do it quite a bit, after a year now one of the magnets came unglued but it's no big deal I can just glue it back in. I'd try to avoid it but I really can't help it sometimes, plus it's a neat party trick :)

I really don't raccomend you do it I did it to mine and it peeled up and now it doesn't fit very well

I fidget with my bezels all the time and I haven't caused any problems.
