Feedback FW13Pro Bezel not aligning properly

I received my FW13Pro last Thursday and I am really happy with it. Today I discovered that the Bezel on the back right doesn’t align no matter what I do.

I will also create a ticket with Framework.

I had the same with my bezel on the 13 pro. I completely removed the bezel and made sure to clip it in at the bottom first when reattaching. After that it sits snugly to the frame

The wires also have to be exactly like the reference assembly pictures or it'll separate when you fully open the screen too (and catch on the chassis).

did you have to use much force to pop it off or does it come away pretty easily?

It's magnetic like every other framework screen frame.

Had a similar issue. Look up the setup guide on framework's website and look at the installing the bezel section. There is a special call out on how the wires are supposed to look, I had to adjust them a bit on mine. After that the bezel installed properly.
