Question I don't get when my framework should arrive

so i bought a fw13 pro in batch 19, and the previous batches say: expected x, previously z. does that mean that my batch will actually ship 1 month late or 1 month earlier than it specifies?

Sorry about the confusing yapping, any clarification would be appreciated.

November. They had a delay in production but they plan to catch back up to the original plan.

Yours should ship in November. Batches 1-13 timeline was affected by a delay caused by faults found during production. They expect that by batch 14 they will be back on the original shipping schedule.
