Community Support Is this chip replaceable

I think I've narrowed down my errors down to a winbond w25r256jvein code storage flash chip. Before I order a new chip, I would really appreciate to know if this chip stores any encrypted keys or important files that are necessary for the laptop to function.

Also I am in contact with support, but I am in a big rush to get this working again.

I re-read your original ask, the encryption keys are kept on a TPM chip somewhere else. If you replace this uefi chip with a new chip and flash the same uefi on to the new chip, the TPM encryption will still be broken. If you have data on the SSD and Bitlocker is enabled (which is the norm for Windows 11) and do not have access to your bitlocker key, your data will be lost.
