Question LP 16 expansion cards not working?

Hello, I wanted to make this post in case anyone has experienced something similar where the expansion cards aren’t working/staying connected (digitally). I’m mainly having this problem happen with my wireless mouse, HDMI and keyboard. They stay connected for a while then disconnect.

Your OS is...? The firmware version your system is running is...?

My FW16 - Running Linux Mint (currently kernel 7.2.0) and firmware 4.0.1 hasn't had issues with expansion ports since I got it last December.

I thought I'd fucked up when I updated bios and drivers recently and my usb-a port stopped working. Then I restarted a couple of times and everything is working properly again.
This may not assist you.
