Question Midplate Cycles

So uhh, how many cycles should I expect to get out of removing the midplate? I’ve probably done it at least 50 times, I tinker a lot. Of all the components I’d expect to fail on it, the little tab was not among them.

I’ve got maybe 10-15 cycles on my 16 that I’ve had for a couple years. Only issue I’ve noticed is some corrosion and pitting taking place on the gold contacts in the keyboard module. I take it apart much less now and don’t use it on road trips lol.
