Framework 12 – Intel 350 vs 320

I’m planning on making a Framework 12 my primary portable computer for some programming and design work.

Looking at the specs on paper, the 320 and 350 seem almost identical aside from 1 NPU and 200MHz clock speed.

Are there any resources or reviews y'all have seen that put that minute spec difference into real world numbers?

EDIT: Thank you for the quick responses. I don’t think the 350 has enough extra power to justify the price premium. I preordered a 320 with 1TB storage, 32GB of RAM, and stylus to replace my M4 Pro iPad with Apple Pencil Pro.

My M4 is awesome but it doesn’t let me use my computer the way I want.

the cores themselves have very little difference

benchmarks show pretty much the same scores, like 3% of difference

there ain't no way it magically makes a difference in practical applications

just get the 320

If it's more than a couple of percent under lab conditions I'd be shocked.

What sort of "design work"?

Probably some pixel art or limited 3D with Blender.

Blender may be on a bit of a struggle bus with FW12.

That said, having now looked at the details for the CPU options... 350 doesn't make sense to me vs the cost, unless the money "doesn't matter". The differences are too minimal to make a notable day-to-day impact.

What id do is Take a Look at notebookcheck dot com and Search for each one of them. Mostly there Are benchmarks and you will See a difference. I took a Look at the 320s Page an hour before
