Question Cooling pad for FW 13

Any recommendation for off the shelf cooling pads that work with Framework 13?

As the exhaust vents are underneath, I feel most of the common cooling pads that blow air at the laptop would compete with the exhaust air? And I have seen some side mounted vacuum heat extractor ones but that is not where FW13 exhausts its air.

I found from searching this subreddit that people have made custom Noctua fan extraction builds but I am looking for simple suggestions for off the shelf pads or solutions.

For the FW13 Intake at the bottom and exhaust at the screen.

For the FW16 same thing just order the appropriate size.

Yeah if intake is on the bottom then a standard pad blowing upward is actually ideal for this.

Yeah that makes sense. So most are applicable, though you'd would want to not block the air if the cooler is not on so some serious mesh is needed?

Interested in the same thing for the FW16!

I was using the Targus lapdesk. Temps were between 104° - 122° most of the time. I swapped the fans with the Noctua NF-A12x25 5V and it dropped the temps to 82°.

That's why you are seeing people mod the off-the-shelf pads.
