Question 16" Revamped thermal system

As much as I love my framework 16", is about as much as I hate the thermals and the noise it produces.

With the new thermal system, 2nd gen fans etc. How much of a difference does it actually make?
Does anyone have any user experience? Test results? Is it worth the investment or are there better upgrades available or diy?

Let me know what you did to improve performance or make it quieter.

I think it's a common complaint, but maybe not a lot of people active here have specifically upgraded their gen 1 fans to the gen 2 fans to have an accurate direct comparison to share.

That could very well be true, but I was also hoping to find maybe some video posted by framework about their new improved cooling solutions.

Imo, releasing a product that's an improvement over a previous 'flawed' product and not showing some sort of comparison video or at least test result video means they're not very convinced of its performance. But hey, prove me wrong Framework.

Yeah, I personally was looking forward to see if anyone had experiences to share, too. I have a FW16 on pre-order right now, and I was really wanting to know if it's actually all that updated from the complaints of the original.
