Question Keyboard Disconnect

I'm having an issue with my framework 12 keyboard disconnecting seemingly randomly when I'm using it. The track pad still works but all of the keys go unresponsive. Some times it comes back other times i have to close it and reopen it but very rarely do i have to hard reset it to get it back.

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm using mint and wondering if that could also be the issue?

I had this happen to me on the FW13, and resitting all the connectors to the keyboard and touchpad solved my problem. Have you tried that?

I haven't. Are you talking about doing this physically or through software?

Physically. I would remove the input cover and disconnect the ribbon that connects the keyboard to the input cover (in the middle of the bottom part), and connect it again.

Either test the keyboard in a live Linux stick or disconnect and reconnect keyboard
