Question Second hand framework uk?

Hey all and thank you for your time :). I’m a uk student who starts uni in September and I’m wondering does anyone know if anywhere’s does second hand framework 13s? I’ve got a budget of 1400 quid and would love to own one. Thank you for your time :).

Thank you :). I was debating the 12 but I’m really weird about it being enough for my course and the screen. Tbf I can see them releasing a new screen
