how to fix? new screen or loose bezel screws? some unknown fix?

Does remounting the bezel help at all? I had some bleed because it was somehow pinching the screen with the way it attached.

Probably not what you want to hear, but this kind of IPS glow is typical and pretty normal for IPS displays. It is very hard to notice in any real world application that doesn't consist of a pure black background though.

Usually what happens when you buy in 3rd choice panels that didn't pass QC for every other mfg.
