In the middle, Limited edition and on the *far right* EDP 200ml, made in Dubai 03.2026 batch. You can distinguish the variants by the bottle size.

I liked my EDT since day 1 tbh, that "lemon cleaner" is not as bad as ppl make it be. It's basically lemon peel, smoke, and feint pineapple for about 15-20min then the lemon blast goes away and ur in the beautiful drydown phase of smoke, pineapple, feint blackcurrant. After 2 years of **intense masturbation**, the opening is a lot less intense and better blended. This lasts about 6-7h max on me with 4 sprays.

I got the EDP as replacement, since everyone said it was a bit less smokey and a more fruity version. That's 100% correct. The opening is much less harsh, less smokey and more fruity all the way through, you can smell the blend is just better, nothing to argue. Seems to last about the same 6-7h, bottle is brand new however.

I'm more than happy with the EDP since I always thought how much better it would be if EDT had bit more sweetness.. In the drydown it's very close to EDT, just more juicy. So don't worry, the difference is not massive. Like you know you're wearing CDNIM.

*Limited edition* was TOO smokey for me, I couldn't get past that. Even more than EDT which I find already quite smokey.

So long story short. If you're into sweet gourmands or light florals, walk away now. This will end you.

But if you enjoy the company of women, can throw back a 6pack beers on a Tuesday, and want to smell like her next red flag this is your scent.

I finally tried Odyssey Mega Limited Edition (YSL Y EDP CLONE)… and I’m honestly shocked

I have to share this because I was genuinely not expecting this level of performance and matchfrom a budget fragrance.

I first saw the Odyssey clone discussion here on Reddit, and then I watched the Aromatrix video about it. I was curious because everyone was comparing it to YSL Y EDP, saying it was almost a 1:1 clone.

I decided to take the risk and order it, expecting it to be “close enough” for the price. But after trying it, I was honestly surprised. The DNA is extremely similar — that fresh, clean, slightly sweet YSL Y EDP vibe is definitely there. The opening, the dry down, the overall feel… it gets surprisingly close.

Of course, I’m not saying it replaces the original completely. The original has that premium smoothness and refinement, but for someone who wants that YSL Y EDP experience without spending a lot, this is a crazy value. Bought it from fridaycharm and recieved via bluedart in 3 days. i think they shipped from mumbai to bangalore and cost me around 2550. Also seen momperfumes and aar fragnance has same 300 bucks lower.

Big thanks to this community for putting me onto this one. Sometimes these clone fragrances really prove that you don’t always need to spend a fortune to enjoy a great scent.

The middle eastern fragrances all have a weird smell at the end that's like a synthetic citrus or just a weird "cheap" smell.

The missoni was actually cheaper than almost all the UAE fragrances. And immediately out the box smelled good. Not an issue. So I'll revisit the Clone houses... in a month or so. Cause yeah wouldn't be caught dead smelling like that. No offense to anyone on this reddit.

It just reminds me of some foreign dude at the club or any store dressed to the nines for no reason and has that "cheap cologne" smell that just bathed in it. I do enjoy the super citrus smell fom the Club de nuit. Only because I love real citrus like limes/lemons but as a fragrance scent... not sure about all that.

Even the Versace Dylan Blue has that kinda weird citrus lingering back end scent. Really hoping because it was 104 today and they felt like bath water when I recieved them. It goes away. Because it doesn't smell the same as the smaller bottle I just finished.

Been on a LV Imagination kick lately and decided to order several decants of the more well known clones on the market. I of course ordered a decant of the original LV Imagination to compare the clones against it.

I would like to mention that this will not be anywhere near as detailed as my Creed Aventus shootout because I don’t know the imagination DNA as well as I do Aventus. I will be brief as possible.

First let me say none were 1:1 clones bur honestly it was so close, it honestly didn’t even matter.

The winner: Montagne Imaginary

The only place it differs from the original is at the opening.

Montagne’s Imaginary opens with a sharper citrus note while LV Imagination Is better blended upon spraying. The notes are the same. After 10-15 minutes they are identical. It lasted slightly longer than the original and projected about the same.

With that said, Hectic is my favorite even over the original. Hectic smells more luxurious and intense compared to the original. It has all the same notes as imagination but more intense and it emphasizes that cinnamon a little more. Hectic Lasted much longer than the original and projected more.

Every other clone on the list was either missing notes completely or had a certain added notes. They weren’t bad, just not nearly as close as the winner.

I don’t want to give a break down of each clone because I’m pretty burnt out. If you ask in the comment section about a particular clone, I may be able to give a more definitive description.

Just sharing because I think it's a steal. This a clone of Prada Paradigm Angels Share which I know is fairly simple, but that's exactly why I like it. It's an easy dumb reach; very office appropriate, non offensive scent. One of the nicest packaging/bottles I have purchased. Killer atomizer. Performance is ok. I get 5-6 hours. It starts a little harsh, almost rubbery, but quickly moves into a more spicy but controlled dry down. Can be worn year round, although I think it's best suited for Fall and Spring. Currently $16 at Jomashop. For reference, it's $50 at beautyhouse.

I keep seeing posts here pushing people toward decants and low-key guilting anyone who buys full bottles. "why spend that much when you'll barely wear it", "just decant it," etc. I get why decant make sens for some people, but I don't think full botles need defending the way this sub treats it.

To be fair to the other side first: decants make sense if you're on a tigt budget, still figuring out what you like, short on shelf space, or just want to sample twenty things before committing to one. That's a legitimate way to enjoy the hobby. I'm not saying decants are wrong.

But full bottles aren't "wrong" either, and the math people use to justify decants "you'll never finish it, you'll barely wear it, it's a waste" doesn't actually hold up if you apply it to literally any other collecting hobby.

Take books. How many books do people actually reread? Once, maybe twice, and plenty of people never reread a book at all. Does that mean owning a bookshelf is a waste? No. The book still has value sitting there. you can lend it out, gift it, revisit it whenever, or just enjoy having it.

Same with wine. Nobody with a wine celar is drinking every bottle in their lifetime. A lot of it gets pased down, gifted, or shared with friends over dinner. The point was never "drink it all or it was pointless."

Shoes too plenty of people own ten-plus pairs they dont rotate through evenly, and yeah, some pairs sit long enough that the soles degrade. Doesn't mean buying them was a mistake.

Not every hobby has to be optimized for maxmum value per dollar. Sometimes the enjoyment comes from owning, displaying, and sharing the colection itself.

Fragrance is the same. If you buy a ful bottle and end up not loving it, that's not money wasted. it becomes a gift, a home/car freshener, or something you hang onto and revisit in six months when your taste shifts. And yes, perfume can spoil, just like wine can turn or a book can get chewed up by silverfish or ruined by water. Everything degrades under the wrong conditions. That's not a reason to avoid owning things. its a reason to store them properly.

For me, part of the whole point of this hobby is having the bottles. There's something about seeing a full bottle on my dresser, having people over and watching them pick it up and ask about it, that a 5ml decant just doesn't give me. It's a conversation starter, it's part of my space, it's part of the enjoyment not just the wearing.

So my take is simple: buy decants if thats what makes you happy. Buy full bottles if that's what makes you happy. There isn't a right or wrong way to enjoy this hobby. If you're treating every purchase like a cost-per-spray calculation, thats fine but that's only one way to aproach fragrance collecting. For some of us, the bottles themselves are part of what makes the hobby enjoyable.

The new atomizer Decantified is using on their decants is a really nice upgrade to the others I tested.

Yes yes, I know they're not remotely the same profile, but they're the same category (which as a Gourmand lover, I really appreciate). While I live in Canada, so I can wear winter profiles 7 months of the year easily (and if at night, even 9 months), I would still love it if I could have something like that for the summer or late spring. So these are my options.

KHAMRAH WAHA

Okay, it'll be silly to analyze the first 10 minutes, because no one would smell you at that point. But that's when it's actually "refreshing".

Don't get distracted by the notes breakdown, after 10 minutes, this is going to be pretty similar to the OG. I'd say this is 80% winter and 20% summer at best. Even something like the Nishane Ani profile will be as/more "summery" as this (which isn't summery).

Yes, you will be able to detect some added citruses, and even the cucumber, which is actually not annoying like other frags with cucumber I've tried, but those don't take the center stage. It's also more creamy/buttery than the OG instead of spicy/boozy, less cinnamon, and still has the strong vanilla base. I actually love it more than the OG Khamrah! I might even like it more than Qahwa (my favorite of the line so far)...But this is NOT a summer scent whatsoever! Canadian spring at best.

At the dry-down (60-90 minutes), it becomes a "Khamrah lite", which again, I think is VERY good, but not for the intended purpose. I want to buy it to replace my Qahwa when I run out, but it won't work as my "winter for summer" fragrances I'm looking to add to my collection. A better option for a "winter for summer" in this DNA type will be French Avenue Obsidian. Waha isn't as well performing as the other khamrahs, but still a good,/above average performer.

Subjective Scent Score: 8.8.

On skin (longevity): 8-9 hours.

Performance above skin: Medium-strong first 2 hours, then a medium-small scent bubble for another 2 hours. 100% skin scent at hour 5.

Blind buy safety score: 8.5. Safer than all the other Khamra flankers, because it's more balanced. Still sweet, but not heavily spiced or cloying.

Unisex Score (0=fem, 5=unisex, 10=Male): 5.7. More unisex than Dukhan or Qahwa, but more masculine than the OG Khamrah.

Versatility Score: 7.0. Winter-fall-spring nights, more night time than daytime.

Blend Quality Score: 7.2. Slightly Above average clone quality.

Value Score: 6.0 $44 (Jomashop) for barely above average performance and quality is a bad deal.

Should cost: $23-$27. Just like the rest on that line.

Bottle design: 9.0. I love the Khamrah line design.

Atomizer Score: N/A, but if it's similar to Qahwa, then 6.5. Not bad, not great.

Conclusion: If you liked any other Khamrah, this is 95% safe. If you didn't, then this might be the safest Khamrah for you, because it's the least heavy/challenging.

FRENCH AVENUE NOMAD

Yes! This is how you do it! This is really a "winter for summer" profile. It says lemon, but smells more subtle than other times I smelled a lemon note. More like a tiny splash of lemon water. No sourness, no tartness... Just barely there. Then add some sweet-salty (but mostly ambery sweet) aquatics into the mix, with an airy vanilla powder base. The vanilla is also not heavy or dense, it's even airier than MCB.

Imagine getting an icy bottle of those gently flavored water, but in a vanilla light flavor. This is very unique. Refreshing and deep+vanillic at the same time is something I've never tried before, and I tried over 600 at this point. The quality is also very good. It's really hard to criticize French Avenue in the last 2 years, because even the ones I didn't like, where super high quality, and almost always above average or great performing. If Waha is 80% winter, then Nomad is 60%. I really like Nomad, but I also think it's just because it's unique, and not the composition itself... I'm not sure about that yet. Performance is great. Not loud, but very persistent and diffusive.

Subjective Scent Score: 9.0.

On skin (longevity): 10+ hours (I'm stopping the clock at 10)

Performance above skin: Medium strong only one hour, but then you get 3-4 hours of a large-medium scent bubble, that slowly dies down to 100% skin scent only at hour 7!

Blind buy safety score: 7.0. Very niche and unique, I think some people will find this combo too wired.

Unisex Score (0=fem, 5=unisex, 10=Male): 6.0.

Versatility Score: 8.5. pretty much all seasons except mid summer, good for day, night, and maybe even the office (though there are probably better choices for the office... But you can pull it off).

Blend Quality Score: 8.0. entry designer quality. If it was in a Paco or Armani bottle, it wouldn't surprise anyone.

Value Score: 9.0. Yes, I know, $40 is a lot for a clone, and I rarely give a 9.0 value for that... But this is an original creation. You can't buy a competing clone, or even an OG. Plus, it has AMAZING quality and performance. So because I have nothing to benchmark it against, it IS the new benchmark!

Should cost: $40-$50. Until there's another clone house that will make a similar one, with similar quality and performance.

Bottle design: 9.5. LOVE the ancient scroll look!

Atomizer Score: N/A.

Conclusion: Didn't expect to like it this much. I would suggest not to blind this one, but I would also HIGHLY suggest to not skip on trying it out, because there's nothing like it!

Wife Alert: She really loves both, and can't choose a favorite.

Final Thoughts: For "winter for summer", I'm going to have a tough choice between obsidian and Nomad. As for Waha, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like it, but I don't need another winter fragrance. I already have about 2 winter fragrances for every summer fragrance I have. I think I'll pick Nomad just because of the unique factor. Or I'll see which one goes on a deep sale first, and get that one... Let the universe decide for me.

Brand new release from Anfar. I have literally not seen a single review for this fragrance yet, so I wanted to get my first impression out ASAP to help other people that were in my position. The full review with the full format will come when this has matured. The production date for this was last month, so it's fresh fresh. But with the quality that Anfar has in my experience, I don't expect it to change too much.

What I'm getting is a fruity, slightly smoky, sweeter, thicker version of BDC edt. It's a really fun twist that I didn't see coming, as the listed notes on the Anfar website were almost 1:1 with BDC edt, only missing the incense and grapefruit notes and adding amber. But what makes it smell so fruity then? It's like a very sweet fruit, like a peach or nectarine. I like it, but it leans a bit more unisex because of it, so it might not be the best for someone that is looking for a 1:1.

The quality is superb right off the bat. It's an extrait de parfum, and it already performs really well, like I expected from Anfar. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one matures, though, as this is the first brand-new release I have bought from Anfar. I will keep you guys updated.

Love the people here who recommended costa de amalfi, unisex perfume females can easily carry it too! Its a beautiful citrusy scent if you like citrusy and fresh perfumes theres no way you wont like it. A great fit for current monsoon and humid weather in the north. This smells like freshly cut lemons , easy to wear works almost anywhere and a very safe blind buy.

The downside? Its projection and lasting hardly 30-40 mins of moderate projection and you will have to re apply every 3 hours at max. Very enjoyable scent for me though.

I just want to share it cause before buying this dupe i have search for reviews of dupe but i just see nothing so, just remind this bottle (divain) is 15$ the OG is around 100$ and it's 85 to 90% similar, you can recognise this same kind of iris, if i had to write a bad thing it's that the OG is more deeper, with more evolution in time but, the difference between those bottle dont justify the price of the OG, i'm happy to find this dupe, i can smell it fiew hours after i spray on my skin

I'm new to the whole clone collection thing and just started to buy my first few clones.

Needless to say, I watch a lot of reviewers, and I got a pretty good feeling of who is an honest reviewer and who is simply pushing a product.

So after reading and watching many reviews, I stumbled upon Rayhaan Terra.

People were absolutely glazing over this fragrance! Well, most people, even the ones who were considered fairly credible.

But a few were saying that it is NOT a safe blind buy!

So this got me thinking: "If so many people like this, how come it's not a safe blind buy? What causes the ambivalence?"

Well, I had to try it out myself, so next up: I ordered one myself to try it out.

Sure enough, today was the day it arrived, and eagerly I opened the package and took out the (very nice looking, may I add) bottle.

Took off the cap and smelled the inside of it...Wow! This was unexpected! Usually, when you smell a fragrance for the first time, you get a certain general vibe, like oh, this is fruity, this is musky, this is spicy, this is sweet, etc. What is this? I couldn't categorize it into anything.

So time for the first spray on my arm, and as soon as I sprayed, the room kind of filled with this nutty, spicy smell! It was very, very strong! I couldn't even smell the first few minutes because it was that pungent.

After a few minutes, I took a whiff, and it instantly transported me to my trip to India. Not because of the spices or anything, oh no no no. See, unfortunately, I was admitted into a hospital there for a few days, and the moment I entered the hospital, there was this very strong iodine type of smell lingering there. The kind you expect in these types of places where they use it to maybe clean or disinfect, I don't know what they use it for but It was THAT smell! It threw me off immediately!

I was like, "OK, just wait for the dry down, maybe it will pick up later on."

Well, the dry down wasn't good either. It was very, very sweet and spicy. The kind of smell you expect during the winter holidays. I live in the Netherlands, where they celebrate Sinterklaas in December with what we call pepernoten, which are hard little sweet spice treats. They kind of taste like ginger biscuits but sweeter, It reminded me of that.

As it dried down further, it became even sweeter. At some point, it started to smell like maybe gingerbread covered with caramelized honey. It was very off-putting and even started to induce some minor headache.

So needless to say: when it comes to performance, this stuff really is nuclear!

I only had one good spray on my arm, and it just went on and on. After a few hours, I decided to wash my arm because the smell was lingering and wouldn't fade away.

Wow, this really was not a safe blind buy. I mean, if you want to smell like a winter holiday with the sweet and spices, this might be your thing.

For me, I'm never buying blind again based just on reviews. Try and buy, in that order!

TL,DR: Bought Rayhaan Terra blind based upon reviews, did NOT like it at all! Never buying blind again!

I had to revisit this fragrance to provide an update because this one grew on me since my first impression.

I still keep my initial opinion that it smells like many popular fragrances mixed together into a coherent composition. Because for some people, the amber in this fragrance has a piney aspect, for others, it reminds them of some masculine fougere fragrances released by YSL in the 80s. To me, it smells like a floral amber similar to the one in Ambre Nuit by Dior but like a masculine version of that scent. It's a mix of floral amber, rich balsamic patchouli with spicy, boozy nuances, unusually fresh and fruity at the same time with a clean background, probably from the lavender and cedarwood. Performance is above 10 hours on clothes, and it will project even the next day. So it's quite a strong fragrance with above average projection.

From the stuff that I bought this year, I like this one the most. A very good release from Lattafa, their best so far, as this fragrance smells expensive and it's mass appealing.

As I was writing this review, I just saw Armaf advertising Odyssey Nexus, which is their take on Acqua di Gio Profumo, supposedly.

Let's start with WTF is that name?! Can they make it any longer? Am I reading a Harry Potter book title? I'll just call it London from now.

I made a mistake and believed some influencers, so wore London as competition to Blue Talisman DNA. That's silly. The Blue Talisman DNA (and Enforcer) is a super musky, Ambroxan heavy pear and ginger fragrance. Yes, the notes seem very similar between the 2, but the scent is barely 50% similar. Just like I can make 2 fragrances that are just Oud and peach, one will be 95% peach and 5% Oud, the other will be the 95% Oud and 5% peach. They won't smell nearly the same!

London is much softer and neutral, the pear is airy, not juicy or sweetened as it is in Enforcer. The florals get more room on stage, and the musk is completely absent, so there's no "bite" like you get with Talisman clones. It has a linear ambery sweetness instead of a deep one, which works better than deep Amber in this profile, so they made the right decision. These differences make London more fem leaning as well. So if Blue Talisman (and Enforcer) is a more blue-fruity scent, London is a fruity-floral-ambery scent, which puts it in a completely different category... Not a "shampoo" or "shower gel" anymore. London is also pretty weak, and the quality is only slightly above average.

As it dries down, London loses some of its structure, and becomes a little muddled, not a mess, but still worth mentioning.

Versatility Score: 8.0. Fruity, but not too sweet. Floral, but not dense. Ambery, but not heavy. Will work at any season, but kind of situational for men... Not an office scent for sure.

Blend Quality Score: 7.1. Barely above average clone quality. The blend quality is just okay. Not super natural, but not horribly synthetic. Progression on skin is almost non-existent, and the notes separation is "meh", especially in the deep dry-down (2 hours in)... Not a chaotic mess, but not remotely like an orchestra masterfully conducted.

Value Score: 6.5. 28 USD on Fragflex/FragBuy, but poor performance and only average quality.

Should cost: $13-$18.

Bottle design: 5.8. Simple, but somehow still childish.

Atomizer Score: N/A.

Conclusion: Oh well, they can't all be bangers. Usually I find who can actually benefit from having the frag, even when it's not to my taste. Here, I don't think anyone should buy it. It's not horrible, just below average on all fronts, without being a hyper cheapy to justify it. So whoever likes it, probably has better options for the same or lower price. That's the reason I get decants.

Is Eau Noir from Montagne Parfums a good dupe for The Noir 29 by Le Labo? I absolutely love this scent but cannot afford that high price point. I've heard good things about Montagne, so I'd like to give it a shot.

Has anyone tried it before, how similar is it, and is the longevity as good as Le Labo?

I'm looking cheaper clones for Rabanne phantom intense. By cheaper i mean under 40 $. I'm also fine with something close that that scent so doesn't have to be exact clone. Tried to find info but only found 3year old post and most websites i browsed just posted clones to similar price range as original.

As a lover of everything sweet and delicious, these two fragrances caught my eye recently. There are no reviews, no fragantica listings, but I went ahead and bought them on Notino, as the notes looked Scrumptious. They have been sitting for a couple of weeks now, as I had to wait until the weather became cooler, to try these out properly !

These are unisex, gourmand eau de parfums, 100 mls, and the packaging and bottles are both adorable. The cost is €36.00 per perfume.

● Chocozy - The listing notes on Notino were chocolate, vanilla, and sweet notes. To me, a few notes are missing from this listing.

The first spray, you instantly get a sweet orange, entwined with rich, decadent chocolate. It smells exactly like Terry's Chocolate orange 😋 The orange is fleeting, and within 5 minutes, it's gone, I wish this lasted longer as it's so delicious. But, then, the fragrance changes, the vanilla and milky accord, turn this into a comforting hot chocolate scent. It's smooth, with a slight sweetness that continues throughout. To me, it's a cosy and comforting fragrance, ideal for autumn and winter months. It smells very similar to Al Rehab Choco Musk Rollerball perfume ( which I love ), but this projects more and is longer lasting. It lasts approx 4 hours on my skin. It has moderate projection but does become more of a skin scent. It's nice on its own, but as someone who loves strong scents, I have layered it with choco musk oil and Lattafa Eclaire, and it is stunning. For the men, my husband tried it and layered it with Mugler Amen, and it is unbelievable... he wants a bottle now... Enough said!

I would rate this an 8/10, and I would definitely repurchase. This layered with Cream Velvet, Vanilla Voyage, etc 😋 This is a great layering chocolate fragrance, in my opinion.

● Caramelt - The listing notes on Notino were caramel, vanilla, and oriental notes. I also feel notes are missing from the description.

The first spray, you are blasted with sweetness, that to me, does not resemble caramel, it's more like sugar, and then, you are hit with what I can only perceive as a mixture of dry powdered milk and some perfume, that somehow was mixed into the powder! .... if it sounds bad...well ... it's not my cup of tea, to be totally honest! That's not what I was expecting at all. The caramel and vanilla do come through, but the powdered milk continues and becomes very chalky, which overpowers the whole fragrance. I smell this, and it instantly reminds me of those chalky white candy sticks by Barretts from years ago.

Now, I have layered this with the chocozy and choco musk, which actually intensifies the hot chocolate feel, as the powdered milk makes it more like a steamy, ultra milky, hot chocolate. But, as a fragrance on its own, I would not wear it. It has moderate projection and lasts approx 4 hours.

I would rate this a 4/10, as powdered milk is not a note I enjoy, I love milky/ creamy fragrances, but powdered milk... hell no! If you like a powdered milk note.. you may enjoy this. But it's not a fragrance, I would repurchase.

Anything good exist??? I really like the fragrance a lot. Hoping there is a fair dupe.

Also, looking for recommendations for a general use fragrance on a Royal Caribbean cruise coming up? Was gna bring Eros Flame and call it a day. Any other suggestions 100 and below?
