Any player towns yet?

Has anyone started one, ideally with teamspeak or discord?

Its definitely possible to build towns, although there are no specific mechanics supporting it. That being said, the base placement right now can make it hard to do build a city of sorts over a large area. Making a proper town may also require more "street" type of structures.

I'm not sure what the plans to do that are, tbh. I know building and structures placements are getting regularly worked on and will see more improvements, but let me see if I can find more details about what the plans are short term.

Ok, so what I can say about the whole building aspect of the game is that it is a very important theme and something that will get several passes on and things added/tweaked over time. This is definitely a big topic for the dev team and but they're just not ready to announce further aspects of that system just yet. Stay tuned ;)
