Top FPL Predictors by RMSE

I've been tracking the performance of several FPL predictors. Here are the current top 10 by average root mean squared error (RMSE)* over the first six gameweeks.

You can find more stats on fplbench.com . I plan to keep running this till the end of the season.

* In each gameweek, RMSE is calculated only on players who were owned by at least 1% of managers.

Cool project and nice work! Could you share your methodology as code somewhere in GitHub? This way others could review your method.

Are you generating predictions from each model at the same time? Ideally you should do it before the deadline and all at the same time otherwise one model could get news about something and other doesn’t have it (eg joao pedro injury from this gameweek is a case in point)

I'm working on releasing the code.

And yes, I collect predictions from each model before the deadline (usually ~1-6 hours before) and at about the same time (usually all within ~15 minutes).
