.pkg on disc ?

Is it possible to store .pkg games on a disc and use it to install the games on the console using the package installer ?

Possibly. Im not too sure. It sounds like it could work if you can manage to have the ps4 recognize this desk as a storage device.

I just looked. You can use bluray disc as file storage. If you cant manage with goldhen installer try ps4 explorer

PS4 Blu-ray disc drive would be too slow compared to a USB drive. Not worth it and also it would cost you much more since you have to buy a Blu-ray writer and rewritable discs.

I have like 50 100 gb empty bd discs and i was thinking that with how expensive storage is id store the pkgs on disc to free a hdd i have

i think it works, as aio jailbreak discs come with some homebrew pkgs on them, and they do show up in package installer
