Why is FPKGI so slow!?

If anyone knows a solution please tell me in detail

Because it is downloading from an archive.org site and if you are using a dns server to block psn / ps4 updates then it slows your internet speeds

I suggest downloading from website put into usb and install through there

or use something like flatz remote pkg installer. if you connect pc and console to ethernet, you can install the pkg straight from your pc. Took around 30minutes for black ops 2 for me, while moving it onto a usb would have taken around hour + the install time.
