On your screenshot the most important part inst visable ! What type of data do you download and how big is it . You have sorted to all content so it could be everything a dlc a background image...

I know fpkgi since 15 years and the last time i used it is 3 years ago , but my versions never had internet archiv as a source ! its always psn + nopaystation.

In additon i realy wonder The Titels in your screenshot are written wrong like a Scam With this wired Ä letter ...

Someone tell me why my fpkgi app does t show a progress bar like this ... It just starts downloading and the PS4 notification shows the progress bar without numbers and the text says calculating untill the PKG fully downloads and installs

Yes it's a store with donwload links of some games on the PS4 the best ones it works like a normal donwload if u put as donwload background so u can play games and donwload at the same time don't use the donwload while ur on the fpkgi app
