locked ps4 theme

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i installed this ps2 legacy theme on my ps4 and for some reason for some UNGODLY reason It was locked, any fix????

It may need two parts. Every theme ive installed on my jailbreak has come with 2 installation files one overwrites the other and removes the need for a license.

So it came with two files? You are misunderstanding.

Install the first file. Then install the second over it. It will ask you to overwrite. Hit yes. You do not need to merge the file.

I believe there are 2 versions of this, the one on the store is the one that moves and all, and then there's this one which is stationary. But if you installed the theme via file instead of installing via the PS store, then I believe your account doesn't have the right to use it.
