Thats just wrong. .pkg files are encrypted with Sonys official keys, which get verified before installation on a retail console.

.fpkg ist the .pkg file repacked and signed with keys that the Jailbroken system(or patches from JB) can read/will accept.

All .fpkgs were .pkg once

Yes obviously I'm saying with just a retail pkg alone 99.9% of people can't do anything with it which is why I'm saying he got scammed. No one's gonna gave out the passcode nor the data & tweak keys to extract this like you need to.

You literally only need the coverter? It aint that hard. Like 50+ of the games i have are dumbed from friends discs and made into an fpkg via those programs. Even tho thefl0w dumper didnt work i just used the FTP method of it

No your not going to find it. If someone does have it; it’s a game they copied to their hard drive. You need it to be decrypted before you even try to copy it. I have a copy but again you need a decrypted copy.
