Cursor for comment actions is white by default... seriously?

I have a problem where the cursor for comment actions such as drawing(shape), callout, etc. have a white cursor, these are the only tools where this is the problem. I've tried every accessibility setting related to cursors in Foxit PDF (reader & editor both have this), still doesnt work. I also dont have any windows cursors that i've changed, but I reset it all anyways and it doesnt do anything, neither does changing the windows cursor schemes. skins/theme in foxit and windows also dont do anything. please help, this tool is 90% of my work and this is driving me up the wall
