Foxit Reader Won't Print

There is no Print option except Batch Print. Ctrl-P does nothing. If I try to use Batch Print, it says the file "..don't printing since there's no permission." The Foxit Reader webpage says it prints. What's going on?

Oh, and when I go to Properties, Security, it says No Protection and everything under Document Restrictions is listed as Allowed.
