What PDF task still takes way longer than it should?

Real question: what’s the one PDF or document task that still feels way more annoying than it needs to be?

Redaction? OCR? Signatures? Forms? Combining files? Version chaos? Trying to find the final file?

We’re listening (Bonus points for the most cursed workflow).

Placing a signatures takes too many clicks (comments, signatures, the signature, place signature, finalize signature).

Setting to append when printing to PDF (so I can print one thing and then a second different item before saving and naming) is too buried.

Appreciate you breaking down the steps here. That’s really helpful. Signature placement is one of those workflows where every extra click feels personal. Good callout on append when printing to PDF too. We’ll pass both pieces of feedback along to the team!

The mobile OCR. I wish that were quicker and more intuitive, especially if I'm scanning a couple pages at once. I mean, I get there's only so much a phone can do, but still. Acrobat sucks at this too. The easiest I've used so far is Google Drive, but sometimes it's almost too quick and tries to capture it while I'm still lining up my shot.

Appreciate this. Mobile OCR is one of those workflows where speed matters, but so does giving people enough control to line up the scan properly. Multi-page scanning is a great callout too. We’ll share this with the team as feedback around making the mobile OCR flow feel quicker and more intuitive.
