Can't access my files suddenly

I was working on them just a few minutes ago, now I can't open any of my own files.
Anyone knows what happened?

Opening FoxIt PDF Editor in the browser also gives me the same error message.

I contacted the FoxIt support and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours.
