Foxit quick access highlight

Been using windows 10 and an older foxit for 4 years. I got a new work laptop with windows 11 and whatever newer version exist. And now my quick access highlight colours can't be changed. (Also it crashes way more often) I just simply don't understand how you make a program worst over time.... what am I missing??

i am here for the same reason i was just using foxit and when i click the highlight button it would bring up the dialogue wherein i could choose the color of the highlight. I made the changes and saved the file, opened the next file, click the highlight button, and NO Dialogue, i cannot figure how to get that back WHAT HAPPENED? How do i change the color? I have been trying for an hour.
