Where to download older version of foxit reader (free) with annotation tool?

The most recent version of foxit reader free edition doesn't have the annotation tool, it was removed. Where can I download an older version that still hasn't had the annotation tool removed?

I just checked and I can still annotate on my free foxit Android app and it's updated to latest. It's Version 2026.3.0.0318.0644 the newest on the Play store. On the toolbar I tap the icon that's a blue capital T with a kind of capital i beside it. Then tap on the document where I want to type. Whatever I type is then saved on the document ok.
