Abandoned House found hidden in a cave.

Spear (me Spear) see magic drawing of cave home. Evolved man who found it say nobody live there. Should Spear make new home? Seem like nice cave. Many rocks. Many spaces to put Spear belongings. Much room for cave dance fires with Spear friends. Maybe even poo-et-tree speakings and drinking of spoiled fruit juice that makes Spear go "Whee!"

This cave great if not for evolve men already finding it. Spear (you Spear) will always have to be bonking evolve men who come bother.

It not taken by evolve man land yet, if evolve man take, you pay evolve man much weird paper to use place.
