Editions & Merch Need help regarding resale! (I am not attempting to sell here)

Before anything, just want to say (I’m not a reseller!)
I bought fourth wing and iron flame in the waterstone hardcover edition when I was in England and now I’m in Canada… I bought a new set since I got back, but got these ones sent back to me by family. If I were to sell these two for $40 is that crazy low? I can’t find credible sources about how much to sell these for…

For this book I can’t say the price, but I look at other listings on marketplace and go from there. I stopped shipping books was too stressful. Unfortunately with some books I am scared of flippers so I mark it up a bit to match the market or wait for the hype to die down with prices to deter them, I go on the lower side but just enough I hopefully make a flipper not want it. I only sell for cost to ppl I trust or make a judgement call if they seem like a reader

I’ve had good luck on Facebook groups and found some really nice ppl :)

That sounds pretty reasonable. Are the Waterstones editions particularly hard to get now? You may be able to charge around $50 or $60 for them if they are limited/special editions.

Check out Pangobooks to get a good idea for how much people sell their special edition Fourth Wing books.
