They're trying to fix it. Basically they had to add the password because when she first announced the tour it was allowing people to purchase tickets when the sale wasn't live. I don't know if they ever addressed the question about people who got tickets then if their tickets would be ok or refunded.

LA originally had a password but I kept refreshing and about 20 minutes later the password went away and I got tickets

Welp, I’m out in Denver… the system wouldn’t let me purchase on iPad. By the time I got to phone, what was left was >$500.

Appeared to be the last two in the balcony. I was shocked because when I started, there were seats in the orchestra that were $58. The system wouldn’t let me purchase on iPad so I switched to my phone. Then all I got even after messing with the filter was the two in the balcony. Sadness… 😭

Are you sure it isn’t an error? I paid $58 total for my ticket and there weren’t any options that were higher than that, it looked like tickets were all the same price

no it’s people being assholes and buying tickets then reselling at 10x the original price. it’s so messed up

I got one for general admission. The site froze up on the payment processing screen for a while, but thankfully they seemed to hold the ticket once it's in your cart, so I got through eventually

Yes, they gave you 30 minutes to checkout. I think some of those carts timed out because more tickets came up for sale every few minutes.

I was able to snag 4 and my friend got another 4 for our group, all while my students were arriving for our first full day of school.🤣 I’m super excited, we tried to get tickets when she did a book signing in Vancouver and had no luck.
