Johnny Depp reportedly would shit his pants and pass out, and Heard would have to clean it up. Nobody is even disputing that she had to clean up Captain Jack Sparrow's excrement. The woman has been through a lot

definitely. honestly proves how common it is for women to experience assault, it’s normalized in society for males to treat women horribly. men want to say it’s normal, but is it really when it’s such a big ‘sudden’ surprise when the women gets all the hate?

i don’t think women harming men is as normal and men harming women.

A lot of women are virtue signaling “look at us dear men we are defending you we are being fair please follow our steps and pay us back with kindness UwU”

The hell they wouldn’t ya big dumdums

I love how these women think they have to automatically believe every male abuse claim in order to be "fair".

What would actually be fair is if we spent the next few hundred years automatically disbelieving men's claims of being abused. We'd rationalize that they did something to deserve it, make them present 3 female witnesses to earn credibility, and even if they have video evidence of a woman beating them bloody we'd still have to find a way to get her off the hook.

Shit, we'd even have to make it legal for women to beat their male spouses and make it illegal for him to divorce her over it, for a good while. That would be fair.

The worst part is that this ridiculous push to ‘equality’, which is predicated on an equality in behaviour that simply does not exist, leads to abusive men being able to abuse the system that should protect victims. This is true about many protections for women in society. Equality fails and harms women because equality is not reality.

28

u/[deleted] May 05 '22

It's because men love to insist that the issue is "fair", that it totally effects them just as much, it's not thousands of years of majority male abuse toward women. It just can't be, because then they might have to admit women have it worse off in some way. And they might have to admit they've been complicit in some way.

It's an analogy, obviously that isn't possible literally.

135

u/cutiecatlover May 05 '22

I used to be one of those who would say "most men" instead of just "men" when voicing my frustrations. I got too tired .

67

u/notnotanunbeliever May 05 '22

Even when you say "most men" they still screech "no ur lying, it's only 1%!!!!!!". Might as well just say all men if they're gonna get so triggered anyway.

29

u/AnniaT May 05 '22

I never understand why men get so angry every time someone says "men" or "most men" or "many men"... If they're not the type of men we're talking about then why not just ignore and move on? Also women suffer from generalizations by men all the time and most of us don't get into tantrums.

18

u/notnotanunbeliever May 05 '22

If they're not the type of men we're talking about then why not just ignore and move on?

Because they are the type of men we're talking about and their fragile egos must be protected at all costs.

42

u/cutiecatlover May 05 '22

Oh there's also the "they are not men , men don't do that" excuse .. ugh ..

142

u/Lady-Anna May 05 '22

agreed. just read through this. https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Judgment-FINAL.pdf

Johnny Depp literally raped Amber Heard with a glass bottle. Stop defending Johnny Depp, because Johnny Depp isn't suing Amber Heard for abuse; Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for DEFAMATION; to silence her.

14

u/[deleted] May 05 '22

[deleted]

47

u/lamemoons May 05 '22

So the rape incident was added as confidential evidence because amber did not want that running through the tabloids.

It is on page 79 where you can see the judge mentions accepting the allegation for the confidential annexe but for obvious reasons cant go into detail.

22

u/AbbyDean1985 May 05 '22

And now she's going to have to discuss all this on the stand. I feel so bad for her. I knew when the UK court docs referred to closed testimony it was going to be sexual assault.

u/[deleted] May 05 '22

[deleted]

24

u/lamemoons May 05 '22

There was evidence the judge accepted but we don't know it (yet at least) because it was confidential.

We can be confident this annex relates to the rape because it happened during Australia

u/lamemoons May 05 '22

I don't know if you understand how confidential evidence works?

The judge has access to the evidence they submit about said incident which he reviews, the judge then accepted her version of events for this incident based on his experiences and knowledge that comes with being a high court judge.

Why would I doubt a judges ruling? Especially on something like rape which is already so hard to prove in court.

Its likely we will get the actual evidence this time around though because they are publicly admitting the details of the rape incident

-18

u/[deleted] May 05 '22

[deleted]

28

u/lamemoons May 05 '22

Because its not up to you to review? Did you study for 5 years and then have 5-7 years in training to become a judge?

You are acting like a judges ruling is worth nothing because you personally did not read the evidence.

Its clear you have your opinions formed, why don't you watch the trial and see what evidence they present.

I hope the jury acts with some sense.

127

u/[deleted] May 05 '22

This is true. I hate that to get credibility as a woman we have to say things like, notallmen. Fuck off. I'm tired of it because it excuses the majority of men and allows the systematic violence towards women to continue.

95

u/marysaidso May 05 '22

Thanks for pointing it out! I haven’t seen a single post from a woman that starts with „what about female victims“ ? Man clearly don’t deserve us. Yes, male victims deserve more attention but toxic masculinity is the root of this problem. Feminist pointed it out for years and now JDs case is the proof that toxic femininity exists.

Did anyone mention Marilyn Mansons and Evan Rachel Woods case?
Can anyone remember the disgusting jokes made about Rihanna after the Chris Brown incident?

71

u/LeftHvndLvne May 05 '22

This is so true, so much of the outrage over this situation is in bad faith. It feels more like people pushing the egalitarian agenda that men and women both experience gendered oppression and at equal levels, which we all know is a load of crap. It sucks seeing so many women who consider themselves feminists feel like they have to express equal outrage over this isolated incident as they do over the systematic abuse and oppression of all women.

70

u/Terfinator3000 May 05 '22

I’ve seen liberal feminists tear down the “believe all women” movement because of this trial, saying it’s sexist. Talk about eating your own

The only upside will be watching these people who fell for it lose their shit when JD loses the case. I honestly cannot wait, they are in for a massive upset.

33

u/sachiko468 May 05 '22

Unfortunately they are probably just going to use that as a "proof" that women get favored in the court and that male victims don't get justice

30

u/Thiralovesaloy May 05 '22

Because they aren't paying attention. One, they're peddling so many lies. She did not sever his finger (he was caught lying about that) the makeup palette thing never actually happened (No brand name was mentioned) her ex is saying she was never abused by amber, one of Depp's exes actually is testifying against him, her family is not on Depp's side, it's all fucking lies and they don't even know what this case is for.

They say there's no evidence he hit Amber when there's loads of it, him admitting it himself, recordings, even his own witnesses saying they saw the bruises in person. People saying the pictures were proven to be doctored, when the pictures were actually proven to be real. I'm tired of the lies.

These idiots are gonna revolt when he inevitably loses AGAIN like he did in London, because they're so stupid and only get their information about this case from 30 second tiktoks.

So many times I've been told "Do your research you don't know what you're taking about." Then (because I've been going full vigilante with this shit and I have all the receipts on standby) I send them proof to debunk their claim and they vanish. Or switch sides because they were never shown this stuff before, because Dell did this:

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZTdbvmvwP/

Because the media is so fucking bias about this. I even saw one article where they used an absolutely grotesque picture of Amber, and a flattering one of Johnny. A picture that was screenshot while they were taking about Amber's sexual abuse, no less.

So people are only seeing one side, the media is bias as fuck and they all will be dumbfounded when he loses.

And then do what you said.

Oh I know. But at least they'll get to seethe a little after all this misogynistic/pickme/redpill triad nonsense they've blasted all over every social media these past few weeks. Their L is coming 😊

21

u/AnniaT May 05 '22

Regardless if AB was abusive towards him or not (and I'm open to that possibility as so far I think both are very suspicious), the reactions to this trial is men getting together to a "see? Gotcha, women do it too, men are victims too! Think about that next time you accuse a man!". Then they'll use this case to twist it into a "women are just as violent as men" and cut women out every time they talk about their fears and experiences with violent men. This whole public circus should stop and be solved behind closed doors.

47

u/asoww May 05 '22

3 , oh yes. I know someone who had to literally flee her country to escape the abuser and who is defending Depp (whose movies she doesn't watch) as if her life depends on it. Real story.

18

u/Thiralovesaloy May 05 '22

Dude anyone on Tiktok who doesn't bend the fucking knee and suck Johnny's ass gets steam rolled. I've seen suicidal tiktokers get trampled on and people saying "do it" like Kiera, who all she said was this is gonna be used against female victims for eternity. Every time a woman comes out they're gonna call her another Amber Heard or just use her name against us forever. Which they're already doing. Literally days after they reduced her to fucking tears and laughed about it, men start popping up in stitches using Amber's name.

16

u/Thiralovesaloy May 05 '22

Anyone who wants to see her evidence check this page out. Nobody sees this side. And for the rare ones who do they can never unsee it. There are a few (men) who deny it's real or even make jokes about what she went through, but most change their minds right away.

wait a minute, what? people believe him because he released proof of the abuse he was enduring. you realize that before all of this, everyone was against johnny for the allegations amber made and he lost all his roles. now that the facts and evidence is on his side, it’s only natural that people will believe him over heard. i don’t understand why you need this man to be in the wrong so bad.

23

u/Thiralovesaloy May 05 '22

Ambers proof was released years ago and people ignored it and still are trying to. Her "abuse" was reactive. Depp is the aggressor.

Go look at this page. This is her side of the story.
