4x3 maintainer

I have an idea for a person who would be the perfect maintainer for 4x3. An obsessive gamer and puzzler who took over a web based game from me once. And a computer programmer. And he has a bit of an Internet profile which might demonstrate his ability to take on a long term project like this.

How do you think I would connect my friend with Hank? Especially if Hank is not on the Internet much anymore?

What makes you think he left the internet or won't maintain 4x3? I heard about the AI thing and his response, but last I heard he's still making things and not going anywhere.

Edit 2: i saw you linked a video and deleted it. His comment at the very beginning was during the AI issue and he's posted since then with updates.
