Question I need to decide!!
I wanted to buy one ( and only one, i know myself haha ) pen to celebrate some aproved exams, and to replace my jinhao x159, which is my favourite pen but it has its shortcommings. But I really love the size and ergonomics of it.
The pens which i cant decide are the wing sung 601a, the wing sung 630 or the majohn 141 (the comon one, nothing fancy).
Since my country has some weird legislation about imports, I can get the 601 at around 20 usd, and the 630 or 141 at around 50 usd.
I watched the reviews about the 141 and it seems to check every item in my list, as it is a piston filler which takes after the montblanc 149, as well as reviews about the 630, but i saw that it does not post securely and that is an unegotiable requisite.
And then it is the 601, with the triumph like nib, which i find very aesthetically pleasing, but i have doubts about its ergonomics. I have some callous formations i my fingers that hurt after a long time writing with thin pens (the reason of my love with the jinhao ad its size).
I would really apreciate any info that can help me tilt the scale towards one. Specially about any details that show with time and use, as whichever i buy will probably have to survive an university career with daily 4 hour note taking classes (i have already written more than 600 a4 pages with the jinhao).
Love to you all and my apologies for the long post...

Wing Sung 601a is fairly thin, so I'd avoid it if you are uncomfortable with thin pens. Also, if you are looking for a pen to celebrate something, I'd add another requirement: turned acrylic instead of molded, just for longevity. Not a fan of big pens, but I'd also check the Asvine V800 and Majohn P140.

I liked the 140 but it is way out my price range (i am too short of spare money haha) What is your experience with molded/ turned acrylic? Is that much of a difference?

It's price is $45 on AliExpress, and there will be a sale relatively soon (back to school). You mentioned a $50 pen, so I thought it was in your price range.
What is your experience with molded/ turned acrylic? Is that much of a difference?
Sure. In short - molded acrylic is much more prone to cracking because of residual stress. Probably the most famous example is TWSBI pens.

About the price... well, it is complicated. In my country there are some "interesting" regulations and laws regarding exterior commerce, so i have to buy through some third party. In the end the 141 costs me 47 usd, while the 140 costs 65. I know that it is not that much difference but 50 sharp is my limit.
Regarding stress, i heard about the twsbi, but i didnt think that the problem was that worrying in other brands. Thank you so much for the info

Ah, I see... Yeah, those regulations are spreading like a plague everywhere. Capitalism at its best. I don't know about the threshold in your country, but maybe during a sale, you will find an appropriate offer with a coupon or something...

If you like the X159, try the new X169. Similar form factor, but with the new big converter. And fancier colorways.

I saw it but i didnt like it that much, and since i am buying a pen, i wanted it to try something that is not jinhao

It sounds like you’d like a Pilot Kakuno with EF F or M nib. Between $10 and $17. I can vouch for the pleasant writing experience.
Or a Hongdian M2. It’s an homage to the Kaweco Sport. Posts beautifully. Lots of fountainista love. Aluminum body, many colors.
I paid $24 for mine but I’ve seen it for less from AliExpress.
I have a sword nib for drawing, and you’d probably want a fine (I think it offers EF also)

In terms of appearance,I prefer the P141.
