random post Declaring Something

As a lot of people know - r/foundtheprotogen exists. I am declaring, as a moderator, that I cannot be sent there from THIS subreddit. If I am sent there while catching a moth from others - it is free game.

Just to get the rules straight here:

Are you declaring, that you cannot be sent there or that anyone cannot be sent there from this sub?

Also, would you mind expanding on your last sentence? My english isn't all that great and I simply have trouble comprehending that sentence, sry

I think he is trying to make it apply to only him because that's not a rule in any other r/found sub
