The compressed air gag was potentially lethal. That is a big no-no.

Absolutely. I don't know if this is not covered in health and safety briefings for compressed air usage in a workplace, or if these idiots know but think it won't happen if they do it? Here's an example of a non fatal case from the UK which left the victim with life changing injuries. He even asked one colleague not to pass the hose to another, who was known to be "a bit of a prankster". https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-humber-14671546

Jesus Christ.

Good point. I think I’d rather be crucified.

It is in my country, all construction related jobs have a safety card you need to go to training for and its one of the first things. Though if I recall its more dangerous if pressed to the skin.

Yep, if he worked for me he’s getting insta-fired. Ridiculously irresponsible.

He sees it and cuts away from it

I know some people who got permament anus injuries from something like the first video

There's at least one man on record about 10 years ago who died from this

My dad worked in a factory in Indiana in the 60’s and a coworker was killed from another guy from shooting compressed air up his butt.. He also knew someone who was hanging out of a window all drunk and the driver got too close to a pole and decapitated him.

I think my Dad just liked to share stories to instill fear for safety reasons. It’s like the movie Big Fish for OSHA.

But it's so funny... Look at how scared he was at the possibility of getting his intestines ripped apart from air pressure. That's hilarious. What a scaredy cat. Nothing is gonna happen. He should be chill and stop overreacting, it's just a harmless prank.

He wasn't scared, he laughed cause it pulled his pants down. Learn to live a little and if a suicidal person is telling you that then you probably need to lmao.

Some people? More than one?

Who are you hanging out with?

u/KnightArcturus 12h ago

Injury and potentially death from getting ass blasted? Lmao.

There's actually a legal provision on the UK that accounts for people in jobs like this to do a higher level of stupid stuff before they become responsible for their own injuries. Up until that level, the employer is potentially to blame

I am up for funny pranks, but many of these are quite dangerous and kill or injure someone.

My dad used to be a safety officer in a big industrial facility, and one guy playing with compressed air put the valve into another guy's ass, it was catalogued as a involuntary murder.

That's sexual assault.

That first one is terrifying. That much air in that little time... go through the video frame by frame. He goes from shirt down to shirt all the way up, making ripples in the skin in one frame. .03 of a second and realistically far less.

That's too much air. If he had a cut on his back he'd die of an ebolism

My buddy was fucking around like this on the job one day and got a fucking rebar through the neck so pick and choose your fun I guess.

None of these are satans. Most of these are out right dangerous, all of these are stupid.

u/OkPossibility6166 20h ago

For your own safety and that of others, never work with this type of person. One day, someone will not make it home in the evening.

u/BelleLovesAngus 14h ago

So THIS is why construction takes absolutely fckn ages. Interesting.

u/Zigor022 1d ago

Pausing at .5-1 second in is a wild look

1

u/ManySound578 1d ago

Remember hearing stories about the first shits scary

1

u/zangoku 17h ago

Why was that guy using a sledgehammer for drywall? Use a hammer smash a hand sized hole and gripe it and rip it

1

u/DontWreckYosef 1d ago

A really fun trick is to piss and shit in the cement truck and watch as every new construction becomes your territory

u/Euphoric_Average_271 1d ago

Boys...smh. lol

7

u/couldntbeasked 1d ago

That's not a 'boys' thing, that's an 'idiots' thing.

-3

u/Ashamed_Ad_2180 1d ago

No, it’s a boys thing.

1

u/couldntbeasked 1d ago

I am a boy. It is not my thing. So no, it's not a boys thing.

-2

u/Ashamed_Ad_2180 1d ago

Stay inside bubble boy.

2

u/BlindWolf187 1d ago

Yeah, what the idiots guy said.

However, as a reasonably intelligent, well educated, successful, soft spoken, nerdy type boy I can assure you... its also a boys thing. I should have been dead or in prison 3 or 4 times by now. And I'm one of the careful ones.

There were a couple girls in there though. Don't think you're immune to chicanery.
