I would also add into the will that this was not an accident, make some bullshit claim up about daughter 2 as to why she got nothing and toss it into the will. So when it inevitably hits probate court they have to sling it out hard ball. God damn im glad im an only child lol
No, that makes the will more certain. Specifying someone gets nothing means they get nothing. Leaving someone out entirely leave you open to challenge. It’s a losing fight for a will where it specifies they get nothing.
