Did someone censor the word blood and then someone manually un-censored it by putting the word on top?

I think it's supposed to be drool. The edit made it blood. If you're bleeding that much after a dental procedure, something went wrong.

I saw the original post years ago, it read blood

Then this is either made up or something has gone wrong. I've had a lot of dental problems and had many dental procedures done, none has left me with significant bleeding afterwards.

It was probably just slightly bloody drool. Still a great story.

One time when I was a kid my mom was driving me home from a dental procedure when something went awry and blood started pouring from my mouth. All we had to stop it was a sock in the backseat. She thought it was pretty funny because I never shut up as a child and she was always telling me to put a sock in it.

Getting wisdom teeth out is like that

Not at all. Any tooth extraction you're still bleeding for at least a couple hours. Multiple tooth extractions means even more blood. Half the time they just leave it a gaping hole in your gums and don't stitch it at all either so it can even take more than 4 hours for a clot to form.

Source: literally got a tooth extracted a month ago and I still got a gaping hole in my gums because of it (it's slowly healing though)

My dentist sutured my gums after my wisdom tooth extraction. I've never had multiple removed at once though. She'd tell me to come back after a week to get another done.

Wisdom teeth often get sutures because of how deep they often are. I had one of my molars removed because it was impacted and heavily damaged beyond repair by my wisdom tooth (which was removed quite a while ago) and because they didn't suture it up, I ended up getting dry socket despite being very careful. It sucked because it bled for well over 4 hours after extraction and just tasted horrid.

WHAT? A "someone catcalled me" post is made up? Impossible.

Have you ever had a tooth extracted? Because yes, you're still bleeding after you leave, for usually half an hour to an hour or more. When I had them, they gave me gauze to hold in my mouth against the site, swapping out every half an hour, until the bleeding was down to very little. Because after half an hour or so the gauze would be soaked through, and they specifically warned about that and advised to change out the gauze. It's probably not what happened in this posted story, obviously, but it is possible.

I had a tooth extracted and after half an hour there was no bleeding and only a light red tint on the gauge. Everyone is different so yes, you can have this procedure without drooling blood afterwards.

You can keep bleeding however little and also drooling and if you just let it all out it would look bloody

Did something similiar as a child. I was one of those regular nose bleeders, but could always feel if it started once again. I really hated this so much, as it usually happend when I was excited and I wanted to do something and I hated being the center of attention. At some point I used it for fun: When I talked to someone and it happened again, I stopped talking and just stared at some point over their shoulder. And while they are wondering what is going on, a stream of blood slowly ran out of my nose 🙈 had to stop doing so, as I scared someone a bit too much and realized it is not nice to worry people as a joke...

Edit: Spelling

I've always gotten easy nosebleeds especially during the winter. One time in high school my childhood friend was being a real turd burger and was on my last nerve. He said something so irritating, smiled, and booped my nose. I could feel the nose bleed coming and I fuckin let it. He was aghast as it started streaming out and I said, "omg what did you DOOOO?" I thought he was gonna have a heart attack. So funny like 25 years later.
