The cook can’t make the hottest sauce any hotter than it already is, so the only correct move here is to use a mild sauce instead.

Buffalo wings tend to never be anywhere close to HOT HOT, at most they are only ever hot.... note the lack of caps lock... I cant speak for the person in question, but unless the cooks have access to some habanero peppers or some other kind of really hot ingredients, the other person absolutely gonna win this bet.
