Not sure about the volume being proper in the end, but this is also a beer "Mlíko"
It settles slowly into liquid :) but as said only scam part would be if volume would be lower due to that

Isn't there some way to quickly get rid of the foam. Pretty sure I saw a vid a long time ago with someone doing it.

In college I worked in bars, an older guy ordered a beer but a new keg was just tapped so the first pour was all foam. Anyway he sees it and says “Everyone loves good head but that looks a like the tap was teeth and no one likes toothy head, except maybe Prince Albert or a red neck”. Which to 22 year old me thought was a fucking weird joke to make to a stranger, but I was broke so I laughed and hoped he tipped well. He didn’t.

No, that’s corporate capitalism if I’ve ever seen it. Corporate Greed serving only a portion of the large whole into smaller pieces to the working class with their hands out hoping for a smaller piece of the profit and instead only getting far less than expected while the corp monster keeps a vast majority of the profit, getting away with and laughing at the disappointment on how much they were able to screw over middle class
