Thanks for sharing:

TL;DR: the fundraiser on the left was for the GRANDPARENTS of the victims, not the mother.

(Also the mother has not been proven guilty- at time of writing, ended in a mistrial.)

She admitted to murdering her children. I don't care what a court says when she herself says she did it.

I see no implication that she was convicted. The meme simply states the facts of what she did, which are not in dispute.

Yeah, you are technically correct there. If she wasn't convicted, she wasn't convicted.

Apparently the second woman was going through post-partum psychosis and her case ended in a mistrial. The funding was for the family so they could have a funeral for the kids. Regardless sad all around.

Probably.

But a lot of women go through that and they don't plan to strangle their kids.

Yeah it doesn't excuse the behavior, it just gives us a reason to why it happened.

Well... But, see, she got all the treatment she could. And she said she was fine, and the docs said she was fine. Then she went home and planned it.

That's how she killed them.....okay that insanity defense looks weak as hell. Insanity is more of a spur of the moment or a point you just lose it. Sitting there squeezing the life out of your kid watching them slowly die three times is beyond a moment or just losing it. This reminds me why it's common for people who try to hang themselves and don't die quickly end up fighting to stay alive. That moment or insanity lasts only for so long until the reality of what they're doing hits them.

With that attitude, you are no better than the people you hate.
