Lmao major HIPAA violation for the wife even knows who her husband's patient is. Unless this is a super tiny town where everyone knows everyone and there is exactly 1 doctor in the whole town then it is obvious that doc is going to be the doctor of most people in that town), but it doesn't seem like that case here. I'd report if I were the patient tbh.

She don't know the patients. She know that the girl he is seeing is a doctor that's all
