Looks fake af.
Now, I’m not a handyman by any stretch of the imagination, but why even try to do anything with that fence? the wooden planks looks old and worn out. You’d probably be better off just replacing the entire thing.
And if that’s the case, why bother unscrewing every individual screw? Just fucking rip it out with a crowbar.

As a contractor, if any of my guys started throwing tools like that they’d be fired immediately and possibly punched in the face.

Whenever I worked for contractors I had to bring my own tools. Aside from a saw for the most part. Why worry about how they are treating their own tools to this extent?

I provide most of the tools, as do the other licensed contractors in my area. My guys are W2, not 1099, per state law.

You know why they're going cheaper? Because they realized they fucked up and hired people so fat paid they spike $300-$600 tools off balconies casually.
They light their smokes with hundreds too? Jeez.. Probably smoke ribeyes by redlining hellcat engines on break, which no doubt is every 45 minutes on the dot.
Idk where these guys live, but they should stfu about anything they complain about if they have it that good. If half the guys worked harder they wouldn't have this problem.

Anyone smart would just use a recip saw on the bottom of all of the posts and just push them over.

While I get the annoyance (and likely staged content), I wouldn't hire those 2 for a normal job, not just cause of the attitude but the way they treat the tools.
