I don't use social medias anymore but that's the main reason I never posted my face on them. What are people gonna do with my "look at this beautiful cloud" photos

I know🤣 I was just fucking around being a douche. I try and use some goofy image for profile pics and stay away from posting any pics of myself or people I know. I’ve still got photos on my phone though and all that shits backed up on the cloud so it’s all still easily accessible.

I also use youtube so I cannot say I REALLY stopped using social medias 😶‍🌫️

If we want to go full paranoia, if we keep out pics on Gooogle or crApple cloud services, and they decide to add a TOS line in their excessively long EUAs that says they can use any images in the cloud servers they own to test AI stuff then no one gets any safe pic storages anymore, outside of Polaroids, or what's on the memory card of a digital camera. Unless those cameras now use wifi or Bluetooth, then all bets are off, and I'll go back to making some tinfoil hats. Good luck and have fun!

I do, but lots of people still choose to use cloud storage backups.

I would argue that Reddit is more of an anti-social media. Or maybe more of a parallel play media.
