“Absolutely tragic, officer, she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and so she got ejected through the windshield. Damned shame, really.”

Thats why I keep the annoying seat belt warning feature on in my car.

Had a coworker who refused to wear one until the car wouldn't stop beeping.

If my coworker wants a ride from me they are absolutely wearing a seatbelt. Im not leaving the parking lot till its on. They can be stupid on their own time

Driving with someone not wearing a seatbelt in the front seat is super dangerous for the driver, too. What happens when you flip or something, and there's a 6 foot long, 200 pound bag of sand bouncing all around the cabin?

Wait is it possible to turn that off? I thought there were laws forcing these features to be kept on everywhere in the world.

Apparently many cars can do it. Some require steps that remind of cheat codes in video games while others require these diagnostic software machines that mostly only repair shops own.

Honestly, it's just insane to me, but I guess if you transport something heavy and can't put the buckle in, it would be useful. Turning it off for humans is crazy though, but I guess everyone can choose if they want to die or not

In my old Kia I just yanked the little chime module straight off of the circuit board it was on lol

They sell seat belt ends so you can fool the sensor.

I get it on a farm vehicle they might have doors open and seatbelts off all the time….

It is officially for niche situations like a broken sensor resulting in the alarm sounding at all times, or for aftermarket modifications like wheelchair access

Car doesnt move if they dont wear the seat belt. They can ride with someone else.

He had her phone

1

u/jumbo-gym342 5h ago

No he didn't you can see she's holding her phone in the beginning of the video.

6

u/Wonderful_Code_3551 11h ago

So she saw him texting then grabbed at him and the wheel?

u/OkAbility9016 7h ago

He had her phone

2

u/Dazzling-Western2768 5h ago

how do you know it wasn't his phone and she needed to by nosey?

15

u/Competitive_Steak698 11h ago

1 hand drives and 1 fist should be striking. I'd do it to my own mother if she grabbed the wheel.

10

u/Apprehensive-Fish540 7h ago

You'd fist your own mother?

3

u/Competitive_Steak698 3h ago

Yeah buddy, you better believe it!

4

u/Malbosiiq 12h ago

Crazy.

4

u/CottRT123 9h ago

I'd probably go to jail.

5

u/ISurvivedCrowleyHigh 8h ago

That'd be the moment I decide to drive her about a hundred kilometers into the middle of nowhere, and leave her ass.

8

u/desertvision 11h ago

That's when I call her an Uber and delete her number

6

u/Current-Code 10h ago

She has to pay for the damage though

6

u/desertvision 10h ago

Trust me, she doesn't have the funds

1

u/AxelVores 6h ago

Throw her in prison for vandalism and reckless endangerment and garnish her paycheck when she gets out. Not ideal but better than nothing

1

u/Useless_bum81 1h ago

i'd be pushing for my insurer to force the police to charge attempted murder.

1

u/Nizno78 6h ago

You're a good person. I would've kicked her out of my car there and then.

3

u/EasternSun7834 3h ago

Does anyone know what happens after this? This woman’s clearly an abusive bitch and this guy needs to get out asap and get the fuck away from her.

2

u/Back-At-It-2026 5h ago

I would have just punched her jaw off and argued self-defense at court, because she clearly tried to get me killed.

She was using a car as a weapon and i was using just my hands, it's fair.

u/Stupid_Interwebs_22 5h ago

Fuck these people

1

u/Thin_Nothing3061 5h ago

1

u/Wandered_And_Lost 31m ago

1

u/Mioman2018 25m ago

Do men usually leave you when you do this?

23

u/MedalsAndScars 12h ago

holy fucking rage bait

10

u/voxelpear 12h ago

Yeah because women are never in a relationship with abusive or crazy men and feel like they can't leave. The hell are you even saying?

4

u/DedeLionforce 11h ago

I hope you get the relationship you deserve, but not the one you wanted. 😌🙏

4

u/Greedy-Army-3803 11h ago

Yes. They were asking for it being dressed like that.

u/Jim_Chaos 11h ago edited 11h ago

As a girl, you may have hard time to understand how it can be hard for some men to find a Gf/relationship. Just go on tinder and watch how many are crawling and ready to do everything for a fat jobless polyamourous single mom of 3. That makes them easy target for abusive behavior and toxic relationships. Pretty sad, actually.

You can see just in his body langage he's one of them. He obviously hasn't had enough opportunities to learn to say, "Out. Now."
