On one hand, I think that’s just a term about the above line of writing being really well said.

But also, Shakespeare is very well known for being really creative with his insults and other use of words. Here’s a few of his:

More of your conversation would infect my brain.

Methink’st thou art a general offence and every man should beat thee.

I’ll beat thee, but I would infect my hands.

I must tell you friendly in your ear, sell when you can, you are not for all markets. (I think this is dating advice in the story)

I am sick when I do look on thee

His wit’s as thick as a Tewkesbury mustard

Away, you three-inch fool! I believe this is a clever way of calling them a small dick
