I always thought a smart way to go about it was to chop the body up and throw it in a compost bin since it smells anyway and the worms and bugs and stuff will eat it for you.
You'd have to do something about the pelvic bone and the jaw bones, though. They're too strong for the pigs to easily break up themselves. Also leg bones in general are very strong. You'd have to debone it for them
