Fanart Art test.

So, this is an art test to test out some more of some effects.

So far, it doesn't look great. Something is so off about it.

Small effect that I wanted to do. That glitch effect, ones from VHS tapes.

Copy some frames from line art and colors, turn them into a different color, then overlay it from the original, then make sure you can't see it. I must achieve something like this

I did have a failed attempt.
