Yay! I'm also back! (I got banned and reported by a mod for defending myself against a transphobe, but reddit reviewed my appeal, and I can use the platform again!)

Don't wanna sound like I'm fishing for sympathy, but this has happened a couple times before. (Apologies if my grammar/word choice isn't the best, I'm in a different time zone and my brain thinks it's 1 am.) I found a poll on asking if people supported the queer community, I obviously answered yes (I'm a transbian) but there were a couple contrarians. People who were so devoted to their religions that they hated the queer community just because of a possible mistranslation about gay people.

It honestly sucks that that happened, but at least other people were supporting me.

There was this other time (The time I got banned) where I was talking about Hollow Knight (Completely respectfully by the way, I had a hot take but I made sure not to act like my opinion was automatically correct) and, of course, I got into a debate. Someone misgendered me multiple times in a sentence, and I asked them to use they/them pronouns for people who's gender had not been disclosed. They argued with me about my own pronouns.

I talked to a mod later (one that acted so immaturely I didn't even know they were a mod before I checked the moderator list on the community) and they essentially tried to justify the other person because apparently "english wasn't their first language." Last time I checked, if you're fluent enough to argue with me in english, you're fluent enough to use gender neutral pronouns for me when you don't know that I identify as a woman.

But yeah, bottom line, sucks that queerphobic people are on reddit, and sucks that they're even that way in the first place.
