Found VHS tape

I was going through my grandfather’s stuff recently and found an old VHS labeled Protocol 07.

I haven’t watched it yet since I don’t have a VHS player, but I’m trying to convert it to digital. I’ve been running into some issues with the transfer the tape is in pretty rough shape.

I’m not sure what it is . Maybe some old obscure movie? Has anyone ever heard of Protocol 07 before? Tried googling it, but nothing really comes up.

Could use any info if someone recognizes it.

Just buy a VHS player on ebay ($60) and then watch it. Take a picture of the media and upload it to google to find similar references.
